When Sugen Moodley from McDonalds contacted DreamWorker to assist with staffing two brand new outlets, we jumped at the opportunity. The DreamTeam trawled the database to find the right candidates, who were called to come into our offices. The air hummed with excitement and nervousness as the candidates did their numeracy, literacy and other tests. Sugen even roped the team in to assist with marking and collating the test results.

And the end result?

Over 90 trainees from DreamWorker were accepted. As our newsletter goes to press, we await the final outcome of how many of them will make the “final cut” and soon be flipping burgers and ringing up the cash in McDonalds Wynberg and Lansdowne! The hours of effort were well worth it. Let’s hope that DreamWorker and McDonalds will forge a long term, permanent relationship, for ongoing staffing. We too like to dream big!
