Ronald Bownes, founding Director of DreamWorker, has also created a very special inspirational programme.

He has called it DreamDiamond.

It began as a means of inspiring the staff of DreamWorker, as well as hundreds of unemployed people, who file through DreamWorker’s doors in search of work. Ronald is passionate that work is about purpose and contribution, not only about wages and salaries.

In essence, the programme looks at the subject of the “Power of Creation from Within.” It is about getting people to realize that anyone can live a dream life. Anyone can live a life on purpose. And it all begins and ends with inspired contribution.

Once the connection is made about why we are really here and what our life contribution is all about, then we are able to create the life we dream about. It is a journey. One that comes from within, from recognizing our own magnificence, rather than seeking external, short term gratification.

Ronald offers the DreamDiamond programme in the form of a 1,5 hour talk or a half day workshop.

My husband went for a Father’s day presentation at Disa Primary on Saturday, 15 June where Ronald was the guest speaker, and he could not stop boasting about how much he learnt.. He told me that DreamWorker is super cool and he even recommended someone to go and see Ronald for a motivational talk.” – Mrs Phillips

For every two DreamDiamond workshops held at a corporate organization, Ronald offers one workshop to a disadvantaged secondary school………. free of charge.

In this way proceeds from the DreamDiamond talks and workshops help to further fund DreamWorker’s efforts to help the unemployed.
