When Linley Lightburn, single mom of two, received the news from the DreamTeam Atlantis that she had been accepted at I Postit, she screamed with joy. Linley has been unemployed since 2011, so her delight was palpable and she could not say thank you enough!

During her time of unemployment, Linley chose to work as a volunteer. She is a community orientated woman, who believes in service to others. She has been the secretary for Family in Focus and is also a committee member. Family in Focus is involved with Early Childhood Development, a subject for which Linley has a great passion.

Linley is also very proud of having completed her Human Resource National Diploma at the West Coast FET College in Atlantis and cannot wait to put her new skills, together with her original Diploma skills (IT) to excellent use in her new position.

She shared her dream…..”Despite my studies, I was in a place where my dream was really simple – to find permanent work again so that I could provide a financially stable life for my children. Through DreamWorker, I have been able to find just that.

I cannot wait to spoil my children again. And I will be able to help my mom with groceries and more. I also want to be the best administrator I Posit has ever employed and to make my employer proud.
