Link of Love continued supporting the unemployed in several community schools during 2016. Parents worked as class room assistants, security guards, prepared food in the school kitchens, cleaned, helped with maintenance and even chopped down trees. Whatever the need has been in the schools, unemployed parents have been given the opportunity to lend a hand to brighten their children’s schools ….and our schools have been truly grateful for all the help rendered!

We even reached out into our rural community last year, brightening lives in the little town of Philadelphia. Clothing and school shoes were gifted to the children, bringing sunny smiles all round. One young man who lost his mother unexpectedly was helped to fund her funeral costs and more. A never ending Link of Love.
